If you’re looking for a ridiculously easy version of this takeout favorite, this is it! My husband and baby girl loved this recipe so it will definitely become part of our monthly menu! I have a similar recipe that I make (Honey Garlic Chicken, I’ll post it later) but it requires breadcrumbs and the oven. While I do prefer that recipe over this one, this instant pot recipe is really easy and quick and can easily be done on a weeknight and tastes yummy!
