Plank Challenge

A few days ago, I held a plank for the longest ever – 2 minutes, 15 seconds. And that was after completing a 45 minute full body workout! 2 mins, 15 secs will be my baseline for the next 5 weeks, so I have 5 more Saturdays to increase my plank holding time.  Can I make it to 3 minutes!? I’ll keep you posted! 🙂
